On this page, you will find information on starting your career with us. We will also be emailing you directly with information pertinent to you. It is your responsibility to read and respond to our communication in a timely manner as most of them have deadlines.

Am I an SCC employee? This is a question we get often, the answer is yes! Even if you work at a school or church, you are an employee of the Southern California Conference. If you are asked by a lender or landlord who your employer is, the answer is Southern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

New Employee Orientation Schedule – by appointment only

  • New Employee Orientations are conducted on the first Tuesday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m. via Zoom or in-person. You will receive an invitation to the orientation session from Human Resources at hr@sccsda.org. Attendance is compulsory.
