This benefit is only for qualifying employees. If you are not sure that this applies to you, please contact your supervisor.
To avail of the Auto Insurance Reimbursement, your car insurance policy must meet the NAD's minimum coverage as listed below:
- Bodily Injury Liability................$250,000/500,000
- Property Damage Liability.........$50,000
- Medical Payments.....................$5,000
- Comprehensive.........................$100 Deductible
- Collision...................................$500 Deductible
- Uninsured Motorist...................Statutory
If your policy meets these minimum requirements, send a copy of your DECLARATIONS PAGE to the Human Resources office by email (hr@sccsda.org) or FAX (818) 546-8475.
We will only reimburse policies that meet the above requirements AND fall within 12 months of the last day of coverage. If you turn in a Declarations Page that is more than 1 year old, it will NOT be reimbursed.
Auto insurance reimbursements are a taxable benefit processed through payroll. Please allow 2 pay periods for processing.
