Employee must give reasonable notice to their supervisor of their upcoming absence, and then turn in a jury slip to HR upon their return. Documentation must be turned in to receive pay.
All full-time employees notified to serve as jurists or court witnesses shall inform their director or supervisor in advance. Upon completion of their service, employees must submit a copy of the jury slip certificate to the Human Resources Department. Documentation must be turned in to receive pay.
According to the law, time off will be allowed for jury duty with remuneration for up to ten (10) days per year.
