New Employee Packet

To HIRE an applicant, the entire New Hire Packet must be completed by the Applicant. The Applicant must also have also completed their Live Scan, AB506 Mandatory Training, and you MUST receive an email from HR approving your employee to start working BEFORE their first day worked.

- Rehire Packet – For hiring individuals who worked at SCC within the past 12-months
Once filled out, print, sign, then mail or fax completed originals to the HR office. Do NOT email any forms that contain social security numbers. HR will review the forms upon receipt and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the hire.
