New Employee Packet


To HIRE an applicant, the entire New Hire Packet must be completed by the Applicant. The Applicant must also have also completed their Live Scan, AB506 Mandatory Training, and you MUST receive an email from HR approving your employee to start working BEFORE their first day worked.

  • Rehire Packet - For hiring individuals who worked at SCC within the past 12-months

Once filled out, print, sign, then mail or fax completed originals to the HR office. Do NOT email any forms that contain social security numbers. HR will review the forms upon receipt and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the hire.

Upon completing your Livescan, AB506 Child Protection Training, New Hire Paperwork and receiving direction from your hiring manager, please call Human Resources at the number listed below.  We will schedule an appointment for you to come into the SCC office to complete your onboarding.


Please be sure to bring the following documents with you to your appointment.

1.       Completed New Hire Paperwork.

2.       Livescan Receipt.

3.       Certificate(s) of Completion for your Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training.

4.       The original documents you will be using for your I-9 verification (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, Social Security Card, or any other document you will be using for your I-9 form).  Click here to refer to the List of Acceptable Documents.
