On Sunday, June 30, the Los Angeles Thai company hosted its 13th annual health fair—this year featuring a rummage sale with food, dessert, garments, and household items. About 300 individuals, including doctors, nurses, staff, and vendors, attended the event. Among them, 150 people, notably Buddhist Thai peoples residing in Los Angeles, received thorough health services, such as glucose, dental, and hearing screenings, carotid and thyroid ultrasounds, breast cancer risk assessment, grip strength and bone density checks, and more.

The fair commenced with a speech by the Royal Thai Consul General for Los Angeles Tor Saralamba, which was well received by everyone present. While health screenings were underway, singers and musicians entertained the attendees in the church courtyard. The karaoke session showcased impressive vocal talents from both church members and visitors, much to the delight of the audience. The fair spanned most of the day and was deemed a successful milestone in the growth of Los Angeles Thai company.

“We are grateful for His guidance,” said Apirak Detwinya, the congregation’s pastor, “and we thank the Lord for blessing the event.”
