Every year the Heart and Mind Summit at North Hills church aims to look at a specific mental health challenge that our communities are facing. Whether or it depression, anxiety, or some kind of relational dynamics, we come together to explore the topic. At this free conference, you'll learn a variety of tools to apply to your everyday life, and you may make some new friends along the way.
