Each hourly employee will fill out their Time Card and submit it to their supervisor for signature. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that this done in a timely manner. Refer to the annual Payroll Schedule for due dates.
Employees may only work up to the number of weekly hours authorized by their employee at the time of their hire. If their weekly hours have changed, the supervisor must submit an Employee Action Form before the effective date of the change.
Once completed, send your Time Cards directly to the Payroll Department:
It is fraudulent to report hours inaccurately and may result in disciplinary action or termination.
