2020 Open Enrollment
Enrollment for the 2020 health benefits year starts at the Employee Appreciation Festival on October 27 at the Glendale Adventist Academy, and will continue through December 1. All enrollments and changes can only be done from October 27 to December 1. If you fail to complete your enrollment, you and your family will not have coverage in the year 2020. You can enroll again at the next open enrollment season for the year 2021.
To begin your enrollment, log into PlanSource.
Your username is the first letter of your first name, the first 6 letters of your last name*, and the last four digits of your social security number:
Ex: John Doe, SSN 123-45-6789
*if your last name is less than 6 letters, it will be your entire last name as in the example above.
In the rare instance that you have the same initials, last name, and same last-4 as another employee, look for an email from Deanna Simeone which contains your unique username.
Your default password is your birthday in this format: YYYYMMDD
Ex: July 1, 1990
You will be required to change your password. Be sure to remember/save this new password as Human Resources will not know your new password. Do not share passwords with anyone. SCC will not ask you for this code.

To get one-on-one assistance, make a 30-minute appointment to come into the office during our regular office hours and we will be happy to help you!
Make sure to bring contact information (phone and home address) for your beneficiaries to this appointment.
Married employees may bring their spouse if they so wish.
