Assistant Literature Ministries Coordinator, Full-Time. Southern California Conference is seeking a candidate to serve as a full-time Assistant Literature Ministries Coordinator. The position consists of assisting in the coordinating of literature ministry through the avenues of student literature evangelism, adult literature distribution, and long-term literature ministry follow up. Job responsibilities would include but are not limited to assisting in the recruitment of literature evangelists, church and school visitations, planning and preparing for GLOW & Youth Rush events, logistically preparing for summer Youth Rush programs, maintaining consistent office hours to service church literature needs, data processing, word processing, and door-to-door field training. Competency in the previously mentioned responsibilities, essential. Personal experience with public and personal evangelism is needed. Public speaking ability, passion and burden for literature ministry, essential. Organizational skills needed. Experience as a program head of a student literature evangelist team required.
